Our Restaurant “LE MACINE”

The mezzanine floor of the Villa is refined and cozy space made even more welcoming by precious brick arches. The restaurant is in the mezzanine floor, where you can taste the best of Abruzzo and Marche cuisine.
For events or ceremonies there are salons on the second floor and an outdoor space with a porch, from which you can see the secular park.
From a dynamic and informal lunch, to a prestigious gala dinner, or and intimate one to one dinner, the triumph of tastes and smells are in command at “Le Macine” restaurant.

Our Cuisine

The kitchen follows the seasons and the territory, reinterpreting local and classic dishes with secret variations created by the expert hands of the chef Piero Mozzoni.
A continuous work of research of processing and raw materials. The dishes are safe and authentic, and the tastes are always delicate.
The main attention is on our customer’s desires. There are a variety of choices for vegetarians, vegan and lactose-intolerant.


Our 0-Km products

The products used in our cuisine come mainly from our own farm. We have PGI Marche breed bovines and Cinta Senese porks. Our stone-milled flours confer a unique taste to the homemade bread, pasta and cakes. The organic extra virgin olive oil, pressed on site, comes from our olive trees.
We produce our own vegetableas and fruit.

According to your experience level, he will guide you to the best use of raw materials, cooking and combinations to amaze your commensals!

cooking course in masculine style

Women in the kitchen:
cooking course for women who want to learn the recipes of the Abruzzo tradition: from the “Ceppe” alla Civitellese”, to the fashionable “filetto alla borbonica”, to “virtù teramane”.

Taste of vegetarian food:
cooking course dedicated to strictly vegetarian recipes

Each cooking course lasts about 2 hours and is followed by a tasting of the dishes prepared at the moment, accompanied by water, soft drinks and wine.
